We welcome you with a relaxed atmosphere, music, and a brief introduction to the experience. Our host will explain what you’ll be tasting and share some interesting facts about the traditions and culture behind tequila and mezcal.
2. Meet the Spirits
Before tasting, we’ll introduce the differences between tequila and mezcal, how they are produced, and what makes each one unique.
3. Guided Tasting
Time to taste! You’ll sample 3 premium tequilas and 3 artisanal mezcals, guided step by step through their aromas, flavors, textures, and characteristics.
We’ll also share stories and local knowledge about these iconic Mexican spirits.
4. Local Pairings & Northern-Style Tacos
Enjoy delicious Northern-style tacos served with handmade tortillas, along with local flavor pairings carefully selected to complement the spirits.
