Join Chef Radouan, a Moroccan gastronomy expert with 18 years of experience, for an authentic cooking experience at Andalousia Restaurant in the heart of Marrakesh’s Medina.
Begin your culinary adventure with a guided market tour, where you’ll discover local ingredients and select fresh herbs, spices, and produce used in Moroccan cuisine. Then, head into the traditional kitchen to learn how to prepare beloved Moroccan dishes, including flavorful tagines, couscous, and traditional salads.
Throughout the experience, Chef Radouan and his family will share their culinary knowledge, time-honored techniques, and warm Moroccan hospitality. After cooking together, sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you’ve prepared, surrounded by the flavors and traditions of Morocco.

2. Guided Market Tour
Explore the local market with your host and handpick fresh herbs, vegetables, spices, and other ingredients for your cooking session.
3. Moroccan Spice Workshop
Discover the flavors and aromas of Moroccan cuisine as Chef Radouan introduces you to traditional spices and shares his family’s secret spice blends.
4. Hands-On Cooking Session
Step into the traditional kitchen and prepare a selection of Moroccan salads, followed by your choice of Chicken Tagine or Traditional Couscous, and a fresh dessert.
