Grandchildren with grandparents had a great time learning to prepare some Italian favorites. Our Instructor was very informative and congenital. She entertained us with stories and her musical talents! We were surprised how wonderful our recipes tasted! Pistachio gelato set a high level of perfection for all other gelato we enjoyed on our Italian travels! Delicioso!

We had such a wonderful time at Fortuna's class! She was so welcoming and a great instructor. We learned so much, and I even feel equipped to make the pasta on my own at home. Easily the best pasta and gelato we've ever had!

I scheduled this class at the last minute and on a Sunday. Fortuna hosted us in her home and could not have been more gracious to me and my three friends. She is a professional pastry chef with a successful business, so she really knows her stuff. In the past making macarons has always been a miserable experience for a few of us. I can now say, with Fortuna help and expertise it will never happen again. Great class. Thank you, Fortuna!!

Absolutely the best macarons we have ever had. Monica took time to explain each step carefully and it was all hands on. She was extremely professional and very sweet! We would highly recommend taking any class from her!
