Vi 大廚的烹飪課程太棒了！他教了我們很多廚藝技巧，例如正確的切菜方法、如何在煎鍋裡正確地翻炒食物以及如何進行爆炒。去市場挑選新鮮食材也很有趣。食物非常美味，我強烈推薦！

Our day started being picked up by cyclo for a half hour ride through the city streets, ending at Ben Thanh market to meet Vi and purchase produce, then walked to Cyclo Restaurant to meet Chef Vu and learn new cooking skills, making many courses for lunch, finishing with an Egg Coffee. It really was a very enjoyable day and a great addition to our Vietnam experience.

A fantastic experience discovering the subtleties of Vietnamese cuisine by preparing four dishes. The format is perfect: a little exploration of the city, shopping at the local market, preparing the dishes under the guidance of an experienced chef, and then tasting our creations.

My wife and I had a super time on this activity. We were picked up from our hotel and taken on a traditional bike ride to the market. We were then taken around the market and shown various ingredients some of which were purchased to cook with. We then went to the restaurant to be shown how to prepare various Vietnamese dishes , we had a go cooking ourselves and ate what we cooked which was great. Thanks for a great experience, highly recommended.

Very nice professional cooking class. Original recipes that are very tasty. We really had a nice time and enjoyed it and the food.

Awesome cooking class. There were only two of us, but it was a lot of fun and we learned a lot. One of the dishes was Vietnamese pancakes. We liked it so much that we had them the next day at a place that is included in the Ho Chi Minh Michelin guide, but ours were much better 😀.

Enjoyed everything from start to finish. The tricycle ride was interesting. The marketing was a good experience. The place we cooked in was nice and spacious. We each had our own stove and almost everything was hands-on. The cooking tools and ingredients were well prepared. Chef Vu is a good teacher and very humorous too. Only complain is we had too much to eat haha. We ended class with a nice cup of egg coffee.

Since we‘ve enjoyed the great Food at cyclo resto twice, we wanted to learn more how to do it. First we visited the local market and found out how to get the best fresh ingredients. At cyclo resto the complete Team around the Chef supported the Cooking class. We learned how to prepare, spice up, cook and decorate a whole menue. The Result was amazing and we can warmly recommend everything.

I liked the class and really enjoyed getting to know people from around the world.

Chef Vu was a great instructor, a bit strict, but quite thorough. Food was wonderful! Walk to the market was quite long though and stressful. Better to just have ingredients prepared for cooking class.

My friend and I had a great morning learning to cook delicious Vietnamese food from chef Le. Food was fantastic and the trip to the market allowed us to see all the different ingredients and where they were sourced. Would recommend to fellow travellers.

Experience Vietnam in a different way. We saw the culture and experience it through food and learning. We definitely enjoyed our visit. We were picked up from the hotel by cyclo drivers and they took around the city and dropped at Ben Thanh market. We were given the liberty to choose our own menu to cook and our English guide helped us select fresh ingredients. Everything was a hands on experience. We recreated Viet famous cuisines from scratch. As youre going the activities they have prepared you are able to learn more and more about their culture. The chef was a professional and shared tips for us to apply at home. It was a satisfying tour. Thank you Vietnam! Our cyclo drivers pick you up at your hotel to visit around city about 30 minutes before drop at Ben Thanh market. After choosing cooking menu, our English speaking tour guide will show you how to choose fresh ingredients.

Lovely staff and great cook. We were a group of 8 and enjoyed everything from buying the products at the market and cooking our really delicious food: pho soup, morning glory, spring rolls with shrimps and pancakes with meat. Thank you Cyclo Resto!

Everything was awesome. We can highly recommend this tour!

It is the third cooking class experience during my family trip following Bangkok and Bali. But this is only class that we have learned the real cooking technique as others focused only on the unique food and ingredients. I really appreciate for the passionate teaching of Chef Vu and wonderful cooking experience. Food was also awesome. It will be really unforgettable memory for our family.

inteersting... chef vu is professional & humorous

We were so glad we took the time to do this cooking class at Cyclo Resto on our quick 2 day stop in Siagon. I really loved the cyclo ride and the food we cooked and ate was amongst the best we’ve eaten in Vietnam and were looking forward to going home and trying it ourselves as they email the recipes to you ( I hope ) The cyclo driversTour guide , Chef and other helpers were all friendly and the couple cooking with us were great company.

Absolutely excellent service with nice and helpful instructors. Food was delicious and we made 5 courses, absolutely worth the value. My partner and I really felt like we got a genuine taste of Vietnamese cuisine in this lovely hidden spot of Ho Chi Minh city.

We came here twice while we visited Vietnam. They were very well-prepared with very authentic and healthy food with wonderful service! Highly recommend for those who looking for nice cooking class!!

Cyclo Restro is a lovely and quiet place. We started with learning how to make spring rolls, and they were delicious! Next was soup and then 3 lovely mains including fish cooked in a clay pot. The team was really nice as well. We would definitely recommend this place as a must do.

Everything is great! We enjoy the cocking class and had a lot of fun! They are so friendly and nice!! Food made from ourself was so yummy!! The bike tour was so funny!lol
