Pasta from Scratch: Homemade Gnocchi & Ravioli

Let's make pasta from scratch! In this cooking class, you'll learn how to make raviolo and gnocchi out of homemade pasta sheets. 

This is a hands-on experience, where you'll be kneading and rolling out your own pasta dough under our guidance. We'll pass on our best pasta-making tips, which were originally passed down to us from our grandmother. 

During the class, we will also enjoy a small appetizer of bruschetta. Yum! 

Before the end of our time together, you'll receive a recipe booklet so you can confidently make your own pasta at home. The goal of our cooking class is for you to return home and impress your family and friends with authentic homemade pasta! 

We love welcoming guests into our typical Neapolitan home to experience family life in Naples. We look forward to seeing you soon.

We will prepare two types of pasta: 

• Ravioli (stuffed pasta with ricotta cheese)
• Gnocchi (pasta made with potatoes)
• Tomato sauce
• Butter and sage sauce

Included are a small appetizer (bruschetta), water and wine.

• 10:00 am: Arrive at the meeting point
• 10:10 am: Introduction to pasta-making and key ingredients 
• 10:20 am: Time to get your hands dirty. Let's start making ravioli and gnocchi!
• 11:00 am: Continue to shape your ravioli and gnocchi
• 12:00 pm: Prepare the accompanying sauces
• 12:30 pm: Enjoy your handmade pasta dishes
