How many local Taiwanese liquors do you know about, aside from the green-labeled Taiwan beer and Kaoliang? After our time together, you'll know at least 5!
In our jam-packed class, we'll start by tasting 5 different local liquors (including limited-batch regional red rice wine, traditional Chinese herbal liquor, and millet wine made in indigenous tribes).
Next, we'll cook a range of authentic Taiwanese bar food that is traditionally eaten while drinking, which you'll enjoy with a 1 craft beer of your choosing (flavors include jasmine, indigenous cinnamon, passionfruit and oolong tea!).
Before the class wraps up, we'll help you make your own original herbal liquor to bring back home as a souvenir.
