Ramen and Gyoza are the best combination. However, the cooking method is completely different.
In this class, you make Ramen from scratch. You also learn how to cook two types of Gyoza (Pork Gyoza and Vegetable Gyoza).
Let's complete your own delicious ramen and Gyoza!
菜單
- Salt Ramen with Chicken
Topping: chicken, green onion, sweet corn, seaweed
- Round shaped Pork Gyoza
Filling: pork, cabbage and other vegetables
- Rectangular shaped Vegetables Gyoza
Filling: Mushrooms, cabbage and other vegetables
- Served with dessert
Note:
- The ingredients may change depending on the season
- Vegan / vegetarian arrangements available (request required)

Lunch class:
- 11:30 am: Start class
- 11:35 am: Noodles and Gyoza skin from scratch
- 12:10 pm: Make Gyoza filling and wrap with skin
- 12:40 pm: Cook chicken topping for ramen
- 12:50 pm: Grill Gyoza
- 1:10 pm: Soup for ramen
- 1:20 pm: Boil the noodles and decorate the topping ingredients
- 1:40 pm: Tasting
- 2:00 pm: End of the cooking class
Dinner class:
- 5:30 pm: Start class
- 5:35 pm: Noodles and Gyoza skin from scratch
- 6:10 pm: Make Gyoza filling and wrap with skin
- 6:40 pm: Cook chicken topping for ramen
- 6:50 pm: Grill Gyoza
- 7:10 pm: Soup for ramen
- 7:20 pm: Boil the noodles and decorate the topping ingredients

Excellent Osaka Cooking Class
We had a great time and learnt a lot on this cooking class, which making Ramen and two types of Gyoza. I highly recommend. We were trained by a qualified chef and made everything from scratch. There were some fun parts too so this is perfect for families or couples. We got to keep the recipes and our Chef guide took plenty of photos of the action. The best part was eating at the end and there was plenty of- this was our dinner for the night 😊

Absolutely Amazing Experience!
This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan! The instructor was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. We learned how to make authentic ramen and two types of gyoza from scratch — and everything was delicious! The hands-on experience was fun and engaging, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming the entire time.
Even if you're not a confident cook, you'll walk away with new skills, full stomachs, and great memories. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to dive into Japanese food culture in a meaningful and tasty way. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!

Fun cooking experience!
Fumi was a great instructor and had us engaged the whole time. We learned how to make two types of gyoza and ramen from scratch. It was especially fun to cover the dough in plastic and knead with our feet— a technique used in ancient times when fancy equipment was not available. I recommend this class as a little escape from the bustling Osaka routine.
