With over 12 years of experience in vegan food and beverage, Chef Prish is still excited to bring you a fun, knowledgable and hands-on cooking experience with plantbased foods. She has taught workshops, owned a destination restaurant, done high-end corporate catering and retailed at a major supermarket, "Jasons" in Taipei.
Now, she offers small, private workshops that are casual and comfortable. You need no prior experience. You need not even like vegan food but by the end of class, you will be laughing and smiling with enjoyment :-)
