Join Chef Riccardo and his team for an authentic cooking class where you'll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, paired with famous Italian sauces. Held at Riccardo's grandma's house, the chefs will guide you through the art of pasta-making in an intimate setting with a maximum of 10 participants to ensure personal attention and high-quality instruction.

All of this will be complemented by excellent organic wine. After this class, you'll master the skill of making fresh pasta!

The chefs use only the freshest ingredients, sourcing locally from small producers whenever possible. Given their Roman heritage, you'll learn to make classic sauces like Amatriciana and Carbonara. There’s a dedicated menu for vegetarian guests featuring vegetarian sauces such as Arrabbiata and Cacio e Pepe, among other Roman favorites. Included are an apron and all the necessary equipment for active participation in the class, as well as a PDF file containing all the recipes covered during the session.
