Highly recommend if you are looking to spend some time with a warm and welcoming Greek family in their traditional home while sharing some delicious homemade food and learning about olives and how they have been integrated into the life of Greeks. We loved chatting and learning with Gerasimo, Tina, and Stelios. It was our first time in Greece and one of the first things we did... We came away feeling like we had made some Greek family friends. Great experience and even have soaps to remember it by!
We didn’t expect to leave feeling so full — not just our stomachs, but our hearts too. The hosts were warm, the food deeply satisfying, and the handmade soaps were a beautiful surprise. A perfect experience from start to finish.
We learned family recipes, baked our dishes in a traditional wood-fired oven, and enjoyed a wonderful meal together. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and we truly left feeling like Greek friends.
We were looking for an authentic cooking class, and this exceeded our expectations. The recipes were easy to follow, the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and Chef Gerasimos explained every step with passion. The evening ended with fantastic food, wine, and great conversations. Highly recommended!
From the welcome with ouzo and local snacks to cooking together in the courtyard, every moment reflected true Greek culture. I especially enjoyed learning how to make natural olive oil soap using a family recipe.
We learned traditional Greek recipes that we'll definitely recreate at home. The farmhouse setting was beautiful, and sharing dinner around the table felt like being part of the family.
Gerasimos and his family made us feel like old friends from the moment we arrived. Cooking in the wood-fired oven was a unique experience, and the homemade meal paired with local Nemea wine was absolutely delicious. The soap-making workshop was an unexpected bonus that I loved!
Our village sits at an altitude of 250 meters, where our olive groves have thrived for over 300 years. We care for these ancient trees without chemicals, with deep respect for our land and nature. This traditional dry farming method gives our olive oil its unique aromas and character. To me, this fruit is the soul of authentic Greek cuisine. It is not just an ingredient, but the pure taste of our homeland, coming straight from our estates to our table.
