Join us in the heart of the Peloponnese for an authentic Greek cooking experience, where food, tradition, and warm hospitality come together. Guided by Chef-Farmer Gerasimos and his team, you'll discover the secrets of traditional Greek cuisine while enjoying the genuine flavors and customs of the Greek countryside.

Your experience begins with a warm welcome in our courtyard, where you'll be greeted with chilled ouzo and a selection of traditional Greek appetizers, including a few delicious surprises.

After putting on your apron, you'll prepare authentic Greek recipes together using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. As the traditional wood-fired oven is lit, you'll learn family cooking techniques and time-honored recipes passed down through generations, while hearing stories about Greek culinary traditions.

While your dishes slowly bake and the aromas fill the air, you'll take part in a unique hands-on activity by creating natural soap made with olive oil and honey, following our grandmother's treasured recipe.

The experience concludes the Greek way—around a shared table. Enjoy the delicious meal you've prepared together, paired with fine wines from the historic Nemea Cooperative, one of Greece's most renowned wine-producing regions.

Traditional Greek dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients, accompanied by olive oil tasting and homemade delicacies.

1. Yemista (Greek Stuffed Tomatoes)
   One of Greece's most beloved summer dishes. Large, ripe tomatoes are stuffed with a flavorful rice and herb filling, then slowly baked in a traditional wood-fired oven until tender and aromatic.
2. Spetsofai (Greek Sausage and Pepper Stew)
   A hearty, rustic dish from the Pelion region featuring Greek sausage, colorful peppers, tomatoes, and herbs. Rich in flavor with a subtle spicy kick, it's the perfect Greek comfort food.
3. Tzatziki
   Greece's iconic yogurt dip made with authentic Greek strained yogurt, fresh cucumber, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, and salt. A refreshing accompaniment to many traditional dishes.
4. Choriatiki (Traditional Greek Village Salad)
   The classic Greek salad made with ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, green peppers, Kalamata olives, authentic feta cheese, and extra virgin olive oil produced locally.
5. Traditional Greek Feta Cheese
   Authentic Greek feta made exclusively in Greece from pasteurized sheep's milk and goat's milk sourced from native Greek breeds. Served as part of the meal to showcase one of Greece's most iconic cheeses.
