It was very hands on, we got to have a go at preparing and cooking many Balinese recipes. Our chef was skilled, entertaining and very organised. His assistants kept everything moving smoothly and helped everyone keep on track. Kamong, the chef, was excellent. The venue for the class was beautiful and the class was good value for money.
