LOVED this class. Chris, Luca and Enrico were just wonderful and made the experience of making both gelato and pizza just so easy and so much fun. And then we got to eat what we made which was just delicious. Highly, highly recommended. An absolute highlight of my trip to Florence.
Max, the Tuscan Bites owner, welcomed us into his lovely restaurant, & our chef Guilia spent the next three hours patiently teaching two inept Americans how to make tradirional homemade pasta with a delicious, but simple Tuscan sauce, a vegetable melt, & delicious tiramisu dessert! After completing the meal, we then had the pleasure of eating our meal with a Barillo wine, finishing with a cappuccino in the charming flower-lined front window. It was the perfect way to spend a morning in Florence, Italy. Can't wait for Guilia to visit us in the States & for Max's restaurants to come to a city near my home.
Francesca was so professional and yet down to earth, funny and personable. The information he shared was really good. The experience was hands on, fun and the time flew by. We had such a good time and the only disappointing thing about it was that we only did one.
Learned how to make a vegetable flan, ravioli, beef dish, and panna cotta! We explored the local market to get our ingredients before cooking. Loved our instructor and had a blast!
Wonderful experience with encouraging instructors and a positive energy. We laughed the whole time. Luca is incredible and hilarious. Would 11/10 recommend to traveling friends!
We really enjoyed the class and the hosts definately played the best part in it. Isac and Carmella were fantastic hosts. The food, wine, dessert etc was out of this world. The fact that they get you so involved and constantly assist you by giving you tips, and more wine was great fun. We met alot of great people and will definately recommend this specific class!! We love Italy!!
