"An Excellent Time!"
We had a great time cooking in Manuela’s kitchen! She has a lovely home and family and it was so nice to get to spend the morning cooking with Manuela. She is an excellent teacher who taught us how to make spaghetti, ravioli, and gnocchi along with three delicious sauces. Everything we cooked was very fresh which made it that much more delicious. We learned a lot from the experience and had fun and a delicious meal as well. I would definitely recommend others to take this class!

"Absolutely amazing and so fun!"
WOW Tuscan Bites Cooking class was the most fun I have had in a while! My friend and I signed up and we were the only two. They shut down the restaurant and Agata gave us a private cooking lesson! Agata was so sweet and we really enjoyed our time with her. We learned so much, had a blast cooking together, drank a few glasses of wine, and enjoyed SO MUCH delicious food after we cooked it. The cheese bread was incredible and it was fun to choose which tiramisu flavors we wanted. Homemade pasta was a must in Tuscany! We were so full afterwards we could barely walk, but in the best way possible. We even got to keep the recipes. I could not recommend this class more to anyone interested and it will forever be a fun memory that I will cherish!

As my family and I have grown up with traveling in our blood, revisiting Italy together was a must. Coming all the way from Hawaii, we were so excited for this trip to meet new people and learn more about their culture. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time With Camilla and Tommy at their beautiful home. Being in Chianti was such nice getaway from our stay in the city. They were both very friendly, joked with us the entire time and joined us with our meals. They greeted us with café and biscuits, and we got right into learning how to make pumpkin focaccia, traditional focaccia, fresh pasta noodles and 2 different sauces. As lunch was plated we toured around their beautiful property, surrounded by olive trees and rolling hills with perfect weather in October. We had our first experience in olive oil tasting and enjoyed our lavish meal. We began with a taglieri, mouth watering spread of Italian meats and cheeses with honey and fruit preserves, and wine of course. Gosh, we were in heaven! To follow was our masterpiece of focaccia breads, cacio pepe and carbonara. With wine on the side! Unbelievably tasty! To finish, Tommy baked us a perfect berry cake. My family and I love to eat, and ate as much as we could till we would pop, and there was still food left over for us to take home. Now that we are back in Hawaii, and have our recipe cards of everything we created, we are looking forward to mastering these dishes here at home. Meeting this couple was a highlight of our trip and we hope to keep in touch with them in the future.

"Would definitely recommend."
So Fun!! Great experience, knowledgeable instructor, and a great way to explore a little of Florence's city and culture. Going to the market was a great in addition to cooking the four course Italian meal. Walter our instructor was also excellent!
