Making pasta with spinach has never been much easier. How? Easy, with ricotta cheese you can prepare delicious gnudi. You’ll learn all this and much more in this cooking class! An enthusiastic and knowledgeable local chef will show you not only how to create the perfect fresh hand-made pasta formats, but also how to prepare the best seasonal sauces like pesto, carbonara, or pummarola to get the real Italian flavors.

Discover where the best gelatos are made in Italy and how to combine the different flavors to end up with your favorite mix! With the live demonstration of our qualified and charismatic chef, you’ll learn not only about the taste of genuine Italian gelato, but also how it’s made, the details about the freezing and heating techniques, and what natural colors can be used. Last but not least: what is an Italian gelato without its cone? Give your gelato a crunchy touch and see how to make it iconically Italian!
