Paola ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, sehr geduldig und herzlich. Ich habe die entspannte Atmosphäre und die detaillierte Anleitung sehr genossen. Unsere Ravioli waren absolut hervorragend!

Ich habe tatsächlich gelernt, wie man Pasta macht, und sie war wirklich köstlich, genau wie der Nachtisch! Die Atmosphäre war sehr stilvoll, elegant und einladend. Paola war sehr nett und freundlich. Mit dezenter Hintergrundmusik und angeregten Gesprächen hatten wir eine tolle Zeit! Es fühlte sich wie zu Hause an. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Founded by Chef Paola Michieli, who grew up learning the passion and secrets of cooking, the school celebrates the joy of sharing food, a value that has always been at the heart of her family.
Having studied foreign languages in Venice and traveled extensively, Paola draws inspiration from around the world, yet it is her native Venetian cuisine that she loves to share the most. At Ca' delle Spezie, she opens the doors of her family home to offer simple, traditional cooking lessons, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere.
Each class is an authentic experience, where every gesture becomes an opportunity to celebrate connection, the beauty of relationships, and the joy found in small, meaningful moments.
