Ich kann diesen Kochkurs wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben gelernt, fünf vietnamesische Gerichte zuzubereiten. Ursprünglich sind es Fleischgerichte, aber der Gastgeber hat einige Zutaten angepasst, um die Rezepte vegan zu gestalten. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit; die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an den Gastgeber. Wir haben die Zeit im Korbboot ebenfalls sehr genossen; es war ein sehr entspannender Moment.

I can definitely recommend the tour after a short visit of the local market where Mai show us all the different foods we went back to her restaurant. Her mother an her aunt took us on a really nice basket boat tour through the palm forest. We really like it because the two women are real fun and we had a great time. The cooking class itself was nice aswell we learned a lot an cooked most of the food our self with the helping hands of Mai. She is a very nice, polite and fun person to hang around with. It is definitely recommendable to do the cooking class
