Alle waren so freundlich und herzlich. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann ihn wärmstens empfehlen. Es war eine tolle Zeit. Ach ja, und das Essen und der Wein waren fantastisch!

Wir, eine dreiköpfige Familie, hatten viel Spaß im Kochkurs. Meine Zehnjährige konnte fast alles selbst kochen, und uns allen haben die beiden Gerichte, die wir zubereitet haben, sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Koch war freundlich, engagiert und kompetent. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Weinprobe fand in einem sehr gemütlichen kleinen Weinladen statt. Es gab reichlich und leckere Snacks, und die Gastgeberin war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Da ich keinen Rotwein trinke, war sie bei der Weinauswahl sehr flexibel. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Julia war eine fantastische Kursleiterin. Sie war geduldig, freundlich und hat meine Kinder während des gesamten Kurses aktiv mit einbezogen. Allein aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würden wir wiederkommen. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, sie bald auf der großen Leinwand zu sehen. 😉 Verde Pistachio verwendet ausschließlich frischeste, natürliche Zutaten und ist damit der beste Ort, um die Kunst der Gelato-Herstellung zu erlernen. Wir geben 10 von 10 Punkten.

Die Expertise und Begeisterung des Küchenchefs waren ansteckend, und wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit beim Zubereiten dieser typisch italienischen Gerichte. Die Gourmet-Verkostung bildete einen wunderbaren Abschluss und ließ uns die Aromen Roms in vollen Zügen genießen. Ich bin mit neuen Fähigkeiten und unvergesslichen Erinnerungen abgereist.

Wir konnten nicht nur sechs verschiedene italienische Weine verkosten, sondern auch die dazu gereichten Wurst- und Käsespezialitäten rundeten die Verkostung perfekt ab. Das Ambiente war makellos. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die ihren Weingenuss auf ein neues Niveau heben und gleichzeitig ein unvergessliches Erlebnis genießen möchten!

Unser Gelato-Kurs in Rom hat uns super gefallen! Unser Kursleiter war toll und die Anweisungen leicht verständlich. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, die App zu Hause zu nutzen. Das Beste war, dass wir im Laden alle Gelato-Sorten probieren durften, die wir wollten – und alle waren köstlich!

Das Erlebnis war authentisch und fesselnd, da uns ein sachkundiger Koch in die traditionellen italienischen Kochtechniken einführte. Der Höhepunkt war definitiv die abschließende Gourmet-Verkostung, bei der wir unsere Kreationen zusammen mit anderen köstlichen italienischen Gerichten genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert für jeden Rom-Besucher!

Unser Gastgeber war informativ, entspannt und unterhaltsam. Wir hatten viel Spaß beim Lernen und Herstellen von Gelato. Und das Beste daran: Wir durften drei verschiedene Sorten kreieren, jede Menge Gelato essen und außerdem noch andere Sorten probieren.

The instructor was passionate and patient, ensuring we understood each step of the process. The class was hands-on and interactive, making it suitable for all skill levels. The gourmet tasting was exceptional, offering a true taste of Italy's culinary treasures. A must-do activity for food enthusiasts!

Gio met us in front of the shop right as we arrived and invited us into the kitchen. There were six people total, our family plus another gelato enthusiast from Australia. And there was just enough room for us to stand across the counter from him while he taught the class and invited us to participate. He talked us through the steps of making gelato and let the kids and even adults take turns adding ingredients and whisking. He is charming, funny and passionate about 100% natural gelato with no fillers. Just milk, cream, sugar, chocolate. Then we got to add our own melted chocolate to our bowls of straciatella gelato and finally at the end of class which runs about an hour, we got to taste all the other flavors in this adorable shop. My son said the basil pineapple flavor was “life changing.” Gio even delayed opening by ten minutes to give us a gelato tasting. An awesome experience for our whole family. Especially for kids. And verde pistacchio is our new favorite gelato shop in Rome.

We had a lot of fun, learned a lot and had much to sample! Looking forward to going home and making our own pistachio!

Our kids (14, 13, and 10) enjoyed learning about the importance of using the proper ingredients and process to make authentic gelato. They also loved tasting various flavors! What a terrific offering! Highly recommend this class!!

So fun! I brought my 13 yr old daughter and her 2 friends, and my 4 yr old son! Interactive, fun and not too long (for little kids)! They loved it and loved eating all the gelato they made!!

Giampaolo was so passionate and insightful and the Italian wines were wow! The whole setting is super unique, it’s this small wine bar right in the historic center and it’s so intimate. We were a group of 4 and this experience was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was also delicious, they source it from a regional producer, and everything is just so fresh.

I loved the wines and the explanations easy to understand even if I am not a wine expert. Highly recommended.
