Wir haben mit unserem 14-jährigen Sohn den veganen Kochkurs bei Zura besucht. Wir haben Pilz-Rendang, Ananas-Gurken-Achar und Kokosnusseis zubereitet. Zura empfing uns mit köstlichem, raffiniertem Kaffee, erklärte die Zutaten und begleitete uns durch jeden einzelnen Schritt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir haben dabei viele nützliche Tipps gelernt. Ein hervorragender Kurs!

This is a vegan/plant based home cooking of authentic Malaysian dishes. Chef Zura has been adopting a vegan/plant based lifestyle for the past 6 years and very passionate about home cooking from scratch and with decades of experience in cooking and used to work in family own restaurant that served local dishes. She's been experimenting with lots of ingredients in preparing new and veganised version of many dishes.
