Get an early start to the day by visiting Jimbaran Village Market from which we will get most of the ingredients used for our cooking class. All of the fish will then be collected from the returning fishing fleet with Ibu Nyoman at Jimbaran Fish Market. After enjoying a Balinese breakfast you will be focusing on the most informative and entertaining part: hands-on Balinese cooking. After 4 hours of preparation it will be time for you to taste the deliciousness of what you have prepared.

• Tum Ayam (Minced Chicken in Banana Leaf)
• Ayam Pelalah (Shredded Chicken with Lime and Chili)
• Pecelan (Vegetable Salad in Peanut Dressing)
• Be Sampi Mebase Bali (Balinese Style Beef Rendang)
• Be Celeng Base Manis (Pork in Sweet and Soya Sauce)
• Pesan Be Pasih (Marinated Diced Fish Grilled in Banana Leaf)
• Nasi Putih Dan Sayur (Steamed Rice and Vegetables)

• 6:35 am: Welcome drinks, cakes & fruits & Jimbaran Village market tour
• 7:50 am: Transfer to Jimbaran Fish market
• 8:00 am: Jimbaran Fish market tour
• 9:00 am: Breakfast at cooking school
• 9:45 am: Cooking class
• 1:30 pm: Lunch
• 2:45 pm: End of course
