Josh was very knowledgable on the local markets, the foods and selections and made the cooking class itself a very memorable and enjoyable experience. It was fun, entertaining, educational and a delicious meal at the end! Very worthwhile and reasonably priced experience.
The class was small and intimate. Our chef was polite and well presented. He had interesting information on all the food in the markets including the background of where it all came from. The class was amazing because we got to cook the food not just watch, the sangria and desert also a massive bonus for us as it all tasted sensational and we walk away happy with what we had paid for. The class is well worth going to and put chef was a down to earth all round bloke. Thank you and we will be back.
