Our 'Wagyu Teppanyaki' course is a 2-3 hour cooking experience which combines the teppanyaki style of high end Japanese restaurants with some of the skills and techniques we have learned from our parents and grandparents here in Osaka.
Under the expert guidance of a bilingual Japanese chef, you will use an authentic teppan table to season and prepare a 180g Japanese Sirloin Steak to perfection.
To accompany this, you will use professional grade Osakan knives to learn to make four traditional side dishes as well as a delicious and original desert.
At the end of the class, we will sit down together and enjoy our creations, which can be paired with green tea, beer or sake. Expect a fun, interesting, and completely delicious experience!

Our Studio is located at 1-4-7 Ebisuhigashi, Naniwa Ward, Osaka, Japan. To make finding us extra easy, we will meet you at Tower Knives (our friends and knife suppliers) right under Tsutenkaku Tower (shopfront photo shown below). It is extremely close to our studio but much easier to find!
