What to Expect

Meet in central Hanoi and follow your guide on foot into the bustling streets. The Old Quarter is brimming with simple family-run restaurants and street-food stalls, many with tables on the sidewalks.

In between walking and talking, stop to taste up to 10 specialties. Your tastings will amount to lunch or dinner (depending on your selected option), and vegetarian and other dietary options are available.

A rotating menu from day-to-day to represent the variety of delicious options, but tastings might include, but are subject to change: rice noodle soup with beef, rice noodle with chicken, rice noodle with grilled pork, snail, or dry noodle, sticky rice, along with various kinds of donut, steamed pancake or Vietnamese sandwiches.
