TAKE A WALK THROUGH FLORENCE CITY CENTRE WITH A LOCAL CHEF
Following our professional and passionate chef on a stroll through Florence’s old town to discover the fascinating historic bottegas. Here, you’ll learn about and taste Florentine street food, visit the best delicatessens, and sample homemade gelato. Not only that, but you’ll pick up the fresh ingredients that you’ll need for your cooking class.

MAKE A DELICIOUS THREE-COURSE TUSCAN MEAL
Now you’ve got everything you need, it’s time to get your apron on and listen to the directions of the chef. With this cooking class, in no time at all, you’ll be chopping, mixing, and kneading ahead of a mouthwatering meal. Menus vary slightly depending on the season, but you’ll most likely be making homemade pasta such as potato gnocchi, an elegant main like eggplant Parmigiana, and a dessert such as Cantuccini biscuits. Once you’ve completed your handiwork, sit back and enjoy it with some of the finest Tuscan wines. 

IMPRESS YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY WITH YOUR RECIPES WHEN YOU GET HOME
A cooking class in Florence would not be worth doing if you couldn’t show your skills off to your friends and family once you get home! And our chefs won’t let you leave empty-handed. As well as letting you in on recipes and secrets throughout the class, you’ll be given a booklet that includes the recipes that you cooked, allowing you to cook a fantastic Italian meal for your friends and family once you get home.
