Together we'll cook and enjoy a typical Catania lunch in complete serenity in the atmosphere of my kitchen overlooking the port of Catania!

Choose one typical Sicilian dish from the menu and one dessert. We'll cook everything together and enjoy each course. The class starts with an aperitif tasting before we begin cooking. 

Discover the cuisine and history of Sicily while relaxing and chatting in Mariella's home in the center of Catania!

• Aperitif with Bruschetta

Lunch in my Sicilian home with typical dishes (choose one):

• Linguine with calamari in tomato sauce or
• Pasta alla Norma
• Risotto with fish or vegetables (vegetarian)

Sweets (choose one):

• Sicilian Cannoli 
• Brioches with Tuppo 
• Ice Cream

After-lunch digestif:

• Wine
• Amaro (Bitter)
• Coffee

Schedule

• 12.30 PM: Welcome aperitif
• 1.00 PM: Aperitif tasting
• 1.30 PM: First course and tasting
• 2:00 PM: Dessert session
• 2.30 PM: Tasting of bitters and coffee
• 3.00 PM: End of session

The duration of the lesson is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
