Schedule

• Your local guide will pick you up from your hotel.
• Travel with the chef to a local market (approximately 30 minutes by car), where you’ll experience the vibrant atmosphere, interact with vendors, and discover the fresh ingredients that will be used during the class.
• On the way to Cam Thanh Village by boat ride, enjoy the scenic views of the Vietnamese countryside, dotted with lush nipa palm groves growing closely along the waterways.
• Upon arrival, savor a welcome drink and take a moment to relax at the restaurant before the class begins.
• Our chef will then guide you step-by-step in preparing several local dishes. After cooking, sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you’ve created.
• The class concludes, followed by your return transfer to the hotel.
