Discover the heart of Italian cuisine with our Pasta and Gelato Course at SiChef Florence, centrally located just steps away from Florence’s historic center. In this unique course, you'll immerse yourself in the art of preparing traditional and authentic pasta and indulge in creating homemade Italian gelato.

The course begins with the preparation of fresh pasta, a fundamental part of Italian cuisine. Our chefs, with years of experience and a passion for culinary traditions, will guide you through each step, sharing tips and techniques passed down from generation to generation. You'll work with high-quality, simple ingredients to create pasta dough by hand, learning how to roll, shape, and cut it to perfection.

As you work, our chefs will explain the importance of using fresh and seasonal ingredients and how they contribute to the rich flavors and textures that make Italian pasta beloved around the world. This part of the course provides you with a true hands-on experience.

Schedule

• 3:00 PM: Welcome and check in at the cooking venue
• 3:15 PM: Introduction to the course and overview of the menu
• 3:30 PM: Hands-on fresh pasta-making session
• 4:15 PM: Gelato preparation guided by the chef
• 4:45 PM: Cooking pasta sauces and plating the dishes
• 5:15 PM: Tasting session to enjoy your creations with a complimentary drink
• 5:45 PM: Distribution of certificate
• 6:00 PM: End of the class
