Join Isabella, a passionate expert in Tuscan cuisine since 2018, on a journey through authentic culinary traditions.
In this hands-on class, you’ll prepare a selection of classic, seasonal recipes:
- A timeless Tuscan appetizer
- Fresh homemade pasta with a seasonal accompaniment of your choice
- A specialty meat dish (pork, chicken, rabbit, or Chianina beef) or a flavorful vegetable-based course
- A seasonal side dish sourced from the garden
- A beloved Tuscan dessert—either cantucci or the classic tiramisu
