Immerse yourself in an authentic Tuscan culinary journey during this 4-hour hands-on experience.
Your adventure begins with a warm welcome, a freshly brewed coffee, and a sweet Italian breakfast at a charming local café. From here, your chef will lead you through the picturesque village streets to the bustling farmers’ market, where vibrant seasonal produce and traditional Tuscan ingredients await.

Together, you’ll explore the stalls, learn about local specialties, and select the freshest ingredients to inspire your customized menu of the day. Every class is unique, shaped by what the market offers and the flavors you love.

Once the shopping is done, you’ll return to the cooking studio and begin crafting your menu step by step, guided closely by the chef. While cooking, enjoy a curated wine tasting featuring bottles from the studio’s own Cantina.

During the class, you will prepare:

• A Tuscan-style appetizer

• Two different handmade pasta dishes, created using the ingredients you selected

• Plus a freshly prepared, wholesome, and delicious menu made entirely from scratch

Schedule

• 10:00 AM — Meet at the main entrance of Lucignano
• 10:15 AM — Coffee stop at one of the village’s finest coffee makers
• 10:30 AM — Visit the Lucignano local farmers’ market for grocery and vegetable shopping
• 11:15 AM — Continue shopping at the local butcher and grocery shop
• 11:30 AM — Return to the studio and cooking class begins
• 1:30 PM — Lunch will be served featuring the dishes prepared together
• 2:30 PM — Dessert time with a nice Italian espresso
• 3:00 PM — Greetings & end of class
