Meet at House of Taste Thai Cooking School in Silom. Discover the nearby market with a guided tour available for the morning class, where you will browse for the freshest ingredients to make your authentic Thai dishes. (There will be "Mango Carving" instead of a market tour for the afternoon and the evening class, the introduction to ingredients will be taken place at school.)

Learn about various exotic Thai ingredients, including vegetables, rice, herbs, and spices, as well as the preparation of coconut milk and curry paste from scratch. Spend two hours making four delicious dishes, and savor each one individually while they're still hot and fresh. Get your hands dirty by making the curry paste from scratch, and take home all recipes with you so you can recreate the gastronomic experience again in the future.

• 9:15 am: Introduction to vegetables, rice, and herbs. Make coconut milk and sticky rice.
• 10:00 am: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried) and enjoy your dish
• 10:30 am: Session 2 (salad) and enjoy your dish
• 11:00 am: Session 3 (curry) and enjoy your dish (Make curry paste from scratch)
• 11:30 am: Session 4 (dessert) and enjoy your dish
• 12:00 pm: The class ends at the cooking class.

Afternoon Class:

• 1:00 pm: Meet at the school in Silom.
• 1:10 pm: Introduction to vegetables, rice, and herbs. Make coconut milk and sticky rice.
• 2:00 pm: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried) and enjoy your dish
• 2:30 pm: Session 2 (salad) and enjoy your dish
• 3:00 pm: Session 3 (curry) and enjoy your dish (Make curry paste from scratch)
• 3:30 pm: Session 4 (dessert) mango carving and enjoy your dish
• 4:30 pm: The class ends at the cooking class.

Evening Class:

• 5:30 pm: Meet at the school in Silom.
• 5:40 pm: Introduction to vegetables, rice, and herbs. Make coconut milk and sticky rice.
• 6:30 pm: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried) and enjoy your dish
• 7:00 pm: Session 2 (salad) and enjoy your dish
• 7:30 pm: Session 3 (curry) and enjoy your dish (Make curry paste from scratch)
• 8:00 pm: Session 4 (dessert) mango carving and enjoy your dish
• 9:00 pm: The class ends at the cooking class

Remark : We can provide substitute ingredients for vegetarian, halal, kosher and for allergy people.

*Please note that the market tour is available for only the morning class but for the afternoon and evening class would be the mango craving instead.*
