About
The first class of the day is often the most vibrant and fun! You’ll begin with a relaxing stroll around the local market alongside your chef, gathering all the fresh ingredients needed for the day’s cooking. Once back at the school, the chef will guide you through each ingredient and explain the process in detail as you prepare everything for cooking.
The second and third classes of the day are equally lively and enjoyable! However, since the market is only open in the morning, you won’t take a market stroll with the chef. Instead, we’ll have all the necessary ingredients freshly prepared on-site for you.

Chef Sarin is amazing!!!!
We had a terrific experience, all due to the great quality of the chef, Chef Sarin.
She's dynamic, adaptable, smiling and cheerful. And so knowledgeable about cooking.
We asked for something more advanced and she gave us great tasks to test our skills.
Overall, great session. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience
Me and my teenage son had the best time cooking with Sarin. She was very knowledgeable about the ingredients, gave us few very useful tips, and the food... it was probably one of the best curries I had here in Thailand. Great experience.

Great fun, very educational and value for money
Sarin was a great host, chef and comediene. She taught us lots about the ingredients and Thai culture; and guided us through the steps brilliantly. It probably needs an extra 30mins in the session to avoid rushing towards the end as we had to leave on time for hotel check out. Great value for money!! The food was absolutely divine! Best Panang and Mango sticky rice ever!

Awesome way to experience Thai food!
Market tour was a lot of fun, with some pretty great information. Our chef, Natcha, is both an expert in the kitchen, but also at ease giving us good instructions and explanations while we are cooking. She really emphasized tasting and adjusting each plate to your own preferences. The kitchens upstairs were impeccably clean and well-lit, and helpful assistants did a lot of the prep (setting out ingredients and ensuring everything went smoothly).
The cooking was *easy* and accessible to any beginner, but it was also pretty profound: Natcha went through each ingredient and talked us through how it affected the final dish, as well as how different prep methods change the flavour. Thanks so much for such a pleasant morning!

- To reach us from the Saphan Taksin BTS Skytrain station, exit through number 3 and take a short walk along Charoen Krung Road. You’ll find us in the welcoming shop house on Soi 44.
