Chinese Gourmet Cooking: From Market to Table (Vegetarian Option)

We will start the day at the local wet market, to find only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Then head to the kitchen to enjoy Chinese cooking.

I have combined the cooking knowledge I learned from my mother with my culinary school qualifications to teach expats and foreign visitors alike, now for over seven years. I am a true foodie who loves cooking, and especially sharing: food with fellow gourmands.

You'll get to take home a standard recipe, which you can cook again at home. Freshest and locally sourced ingredients from the local market, no MSG! Make sure you come with an empty stomach, as there will be plenty of yummy dumplings.

The class is vegetarian-friendly, please write down your food preference at the detail page.
Children under 3 years old are free to join the class.

Menu A

• Kung Pao Chicken
• Fried green beans with minced pork
• Fried noodles with soy sauce

Menu B: Vegetarian or vegan

• Braised eggplant
• Fried cauliflower with chili sauce
• Rice noodles with mushrooms.

2-3 types of Chinese traditional rice wine tasting or Beer

Please choice 1 menu and write down in the booking page, while the menu will be selected by the first party when book first.
Please write down your diet resturction like vegetarian, bring a container if you want to take away leftovers.

• 9:30 am: Meet at the local market
• 9:40 am: Wet market tour
• 10:10 am: Introduction to the cooking culture and local ingredient
• 10:30 am: Cooking session
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy the meal with the class
• 12:30 pm: End of the class with a recipe

Afternoon Class:

• 2:00 pm: Meet at the cooking school
• 2:10 pm: Introduction to the cooking culture and local ingredient
• 2:30 pm: Cooking session
• 4:30 pm: Enjoy the meal with the class
• 5:00 pm: End of the class with a recipe
