Get ready to learn Tuscanbites old mama’s cooking secrets. A 3 course of Tuscan hand made Pasta, Tagliatelle, Gnocchi and Ravioli with inside Pears and Pecorino Cheese. While enjoying the hand son session, a glass of wine and fun expertise professionals.
First of all You will learn to make Handmade Pasta (tagliatelle) and sauces with fresh ingredients. You will make a traditional Tagliatelle, from dough made by a special machine, to hand made draft and finally cut Your Tagliatelle ready to cooked.
After Tagliatelle You enjoy to learn how make the best fresh potatoes "Gnocchi" in Town.
Lastly You prepare the Ravioli with inside Pecorino Cheese and Pears.
The class will be held at Tuscanbites place, menu can be tailor made to your group likes.
After cooking you can taste your dishes and drink a very good glass of wine.

My mum and I had a great time learning how to make handmade pasta and gnocchi. We were surprised it was just the two of us and we really enjoyed the small group. Both the cooks where super nice and shared their tips and tricks with us. They also gave us the chance to write all the recipes down to take them home. The food was delicious and we really liked the athmosphere of the little restaurant. Would recommend to other travelers!
