Step into my cozy Bolognese home, located in a traditional Italian building with sweeping views over the city. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with a glass of local wine before we begin our hands-on culinary experience in a relaxed and friendly setting.
During the class, you'll discover the art of making fresh pasta from scratch using a traditional wooden rolling pin, following time-honored techniques from Bologna. Together, we'll prepare silky tagliatelle, flavorful tortelloni, and a classic Italian tiramisù.

The experience takes place in my apartment on Via degli Orti, a well-connected street in Bologna that is easy to reach from all parts of the city. The apartment is located approximately 3 km from Piazza Maggiore and Bologna's historic center.
A bus stop is conveniently located directly outside the building, with regular service on bus lines 11, 36, and 90. Taxis are also readily available, making the meeting point comfortable and accessible for all guests.
