During our experience we will taste Mexican drinks that are made from agave: Pulque, Mezcal, Bacanora & Tequila.
We're going to try traditional pulque and pulque curado while we listen the story of the creation of the agave and its magical attributes at one of the most iconic pulquerias at downtown.
After we're going learn about the production process of mezcal and how it gets their unique smoky aroma also taste wild and rare artisanal Mezcals from Oaxaca, Durango, Guerrero. Also we're going to try Bacanora from Sonora.
We'll know how Tequila took it's name and the difference between tequila joven, reposado & añejo.
No food is provided. I recomend to eat before the experience, or you can buy some food at the market while we taste the Mezcals.
