We begin the experience with a short visit to a local market, where you’ll explore and select fresh ingredients—an enjoyable way to immerse yourself in the local culture and better understand the dishes you’ll be preparing. Throughout the class, we will guide you in creating a curated mix of traditional Vietnamese recipes alongside creative fusion dishes, offering both authenticity and innovation in every bite.

Beyond cooking, this experience is designed to nourish both your skills and your appreciation for Vietnamese cuisine, leaving you with lasting memories and recipes you can recreate at home.

• Beef/Chicken noodle soup ( PHỞ bò/ PHỞ gà)
• Fried Hanoi spring rolls ( Nem rán Hà Nội)
• Fresh spring rolls Hanoi style ( Phở cuốn Hà Nội)
• Hanoi traditional fried fish ( Chả cá Hà Nội)
• Hanoi traditional fried Pork (Bún chả Hà Nội)
• Stir- fried chicken with chili lemongrass/cashew nut (Gà xào xả ớt/ hạt điều)
• Grilled beef with betel leaves ( Bò cuốn lá lốt )

• Meeting at our place
• Introduction to the dishes suggested by our chef (9 options),
• Visit to a nearby local wet market to source fresh ingredients and learn more about the Vietnamese dishes you’ll be cooking
• Return to the kitchen for a 2-hour hands-on cooking session
• Enjoy your lunch or dinner with us after cooking
