Variety of sample menus you can choose from:
- The complete spice paste (base genep or gede)
- Spice paste for seafood base be pasih (orange in appearance)
- Beef rendang (rendang daging)
- Whole roasted chicken (ayam betutu)

- Grilled fish in banana leaf (pesan be pasih)

Schedule
- Pickup from the hotel lobby at 2:30 pm (The pick up service is only for nusa dua, jimbaran and kuta)
- Arrival and introduction at the cooking school.
- Start of the cooking session.

Pickup starts at 2:30 PM. Please be in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby.
