10:00 am: Meet in front of the building for a Local Market tour 
10:15 am: Local market tour (Mercat de Sants)
11:00 am: Arrive at the Rooftop Terrace 
11:10 am: Introduction and picc-pica with drinks served
11:15 am: Cooking session (prepping and preparing paella, stock and sofrito) 
12:30 pm: Dessert session 
1:00 pm: Time to enjoy the dish 
2:00 pm: End of the cooking class
