What to Expect
In this class, you will learn essential skills including cutting techniques, basic seasonings, dough making, bun wrapping and folding, as well as cooking methods.
You will make BBQ Pork Buns (Char Siu Bao) entirely from scratch. The dough is traditional and requires time to prepare, resulting in a dense yet fluffy texture that is unforgettable.
The homemade BBQ pork is seasoned simply to highlight the natural flavors of fresh ingredients.
You will also enjoy Pu-erh Tea, a well-known fermented tea from Yunnan Province, China. It has a complex flavor, full aroma, and aids digestion, making it perfect to enjoy during and after your meal.

Schedule
- 11:00 AM – Meet at the cooking school and welcome introduction
- 11:15 AM – Make homemade BBQ pork and bun dough
- 12:30 PM – Cooking session concludes, followed by tasting and photos
- 1:00 PM – End of the cooking class
