Our host was extremely knowledgeable and interactive. The views from the home was incredible in fact they were breathtaking and we loved it from start to finish. Could not recommend this experience more it’s fantastic

Ovan was wonderful with navigating a pasta class for 4 adults and 4 children (infant and toddler). Not to mention the Amazing view along with the delicious 3 course meal.

Ovan was very patient with our two kids. Great tips about pasta making. Immaculate home with all of the tools needed to make excellent pasta. Opened our eyes' to wonderful vegan creations and our kids ate every last bite!

The location was beautiful, Ovan had a lot of patience and he showed us a lot of ways to do pasta. He made sure that we were comfortable and happy at every moment. He gave us a lot of tips to make the perfect pasta. At the end we enjoyed a lovely dinner with recipes that he developed himself and everything was delicious. I can just recommend it

The pasta workshop was a birthday present for my boyfriend. We created three different types of pasta with an incredible view of the see and mountains. The course was beginner friendly, but also for advanced pasta lovers. Our instructor Ovan is really passionate about his work and gave us also many tips on how to make gluten free pasta. It was a lovely experience and I recommend it to every pasta lover.

Ovan welcomed us into his home and passed on some of his traditional Sardinian pasta making knowledge. He was cheerful, kind, and patient. All the ingredients are vegan and the end results were delicious! Most people in our group were meat eaters and they also LOVED the food. Everything was perfectly done. This has definitely been the highlight of our Sardinian trip. Highest recommendation. Book the course!

Ovan was incredibly kind, patient and clear in his explanations, which made the whole process both fun and easy to follow. The pasta was absolutely delicious. The house itself was located in a beautiful spot with a stunning view of the sea, which made the experience even more special. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we left feeling very happy and satisfied. Highly recommended!

The host is very accommodating, was easy to understand and ran the course excellently. We made 3 courses of pasta from scratch, learning 6 different pasta shapes to make from dough we had prepared. The 3 courses you eat are the pasta you’ve made accompanied by delicious sauces made by the host, all ingredients being vegan. You get wine paired with each course. The setting is lovely, we had the perfect sunset to accompany our dinner.
