Sobre nosotros
Our cyclo drivers pick you up at your hotel to visit around city about 30 minutes before drop at Ben Thanh market. After choosing cooking menu, our English speaking tour guide will show you how to choose fresh ingredients. Moreover, you can see the way of bargain and daily activities of local people. And then, we will walk to our place about 5 minutes. At cooking class, you will learn: skills of knife, decoration and self-cook with chef's direction. From recipes you will be able to cook same foods at home.

Programa
Morning Class:
- 8:00 AM: Pick-up at the hotel and get a 30-minute cyclo trip
- 8:30 AM: Arrive at the meeting point for the training session-preparing part for the market trip. There, you will choose the menu to cook together.
- 8:45 AM: Start the market trip with a tour guide that time you practice how to pay in Dong, bargain with local vendors, and choose the freshest ingredients,…
- 9:15 AM: Begin the class with useful kitchen skills like knife skills, decoration dishes skills, and marinating skills to get Vietfood’s taste.
- 11:30 AM: Enjoy your achievement which you cook yourself and get Egg coffee for dessert.
- 12:00 PM: Finish the cooking class.

Terriffic cooking class
Our day started being picked up by cyclo for a half hour ride through the city streets, ending at Ben Thanh market to meet Vi and purchase produce, then walked to Cyclo Restaurant to meet Chef Vu and learn new cooking skills, making many courses for lunch, finishing with an Egg Coffee. It really was a very enjoyable day and a great addition to our Vietnam experience.

An immersion in Vietnamese cuisine, from the market to the kitchen and especially to the tasting
A fantastic experience discovering the subtleties of Vietnamese cuisine by preparing four dishes. The format is perfect: a little exploration of the city, shopping at the local market, preparing the dishes under the guidance of an experienced chef, and then tasting our creations.

Excellent, fun, well organised
My wife and I had a super time on this activity. We were picked up from our hotel and taken on a traditional bike ride to the market. We were then taken around the market and shown various ingredients some of which were purchased to cook with.
We then went to the restaurant to be shown how to prepare various Vietnamese dishes , we had a go cooking ourselves and ate what we cooked which was great.
Thanks for a great experience, highly recommended.
