Learn how to cook Japanese hibachi-style dishes in this cooking class. Choose two main courses to cook and enjoy yourself.
Choose from a selection of main courses, including tenderloin steak, sirloin steak, black angus steak, chicken breast, lobster, tuna, king prawn, and salmon.
Each participant will receive two selected main courses, a bowl of Japanese fried rice, mixed grilled vegetables, and a full interactive session with the Hibachi chef, including Q&A, tips, and tricks.
Learn hibachi skills such as egg spinning tricks, spatula flipping techniques, and fire show performances. Get photos and video documentation during the class while you are learning, provided you are comfortable with being documented.

Hands-on practice:
Egg juggling & flipping tricks
How to crack and toss an egg like a pro (Chef shows, then guests try)
Mastering the spatula flip (fun interactive moment)
6:00 PM – Fire Show & Flame Tricks
The iconic Hibachi fire show!
Learn how to safely create the Hibachi flame
Hands-on experience (if comfortable) with the flame trick
Understanding the Japanese Teppanyaki grill techniques
