The most important thing for us is that you have fun when you cook with us. We want you to learn the art of Thai cooking in a relaxed environment and learn how to put together a beautiful Thai meal. You will be spending your day in a Thai-style open-air cooking area learning how to cook your favorite Thai dishes.

Menu D1:
- Coconut sticky rice with mango
- Chicken in pandanus leaf
- Papaya salad
- Red curry pork with bamboo shoots
Menu 4A:
- Chicken satay
- Savory prawn'n herb salad
- Stir-fried beef'n chili
- Panang curry with chicken
Menu D3:
- Thum Thim Krob (Water chestnut in coconut milk)
- Stir-fried chicken'n cashew nuts
- Spicy grilled beef salad
- Pad Thai (Thai style fried rice noodle)

- Spring rolls
- Minced pork salad north eastern style
- Tom Kha (Chicken'n galangal in coconut milk soup)
- Pad See Ew (Stir-fried rice noodle pork and dark soy sauce)

- Morning market tour

- Thai egg custard
- Golden bag filled with tasty combination
- Tom Yum soup (Hot 'n sour prawn soup)

- Masaman curry with chicken
- Pad Kaphao (Stir-fried pork with basil leaves)

The highlight of our vacation
We had an incredible experience at our Thai cooking class yesterday—honestly one of the highlights of our entire trip to Bangkok.
We got lucky and ended up with a private class, which made it even more special. The setting was absolutely beautiful, and our instructor was kind, patient, and made everything easy to follow—even for beginners.
The food…wow. Some of the most authentic and delicious dishes we’ve had on this trip—and that’s saying something. Every single dish we made was fantastic, and you will definitely leave with a very full (and very happy) belly.
If you’re visiting Bangkok, this is a must-do experience. We would absolutely come back again on our next trip.

Excellent class with lots of Cooking tips
The cooking environment is perfect for me in this class. We have a informative tour of the organic garden. I like the pace where we can cook one dish and then enjoy and savour the taste and compared notes before the next dish is being prepared.
Teacher is very well versed and spoke well in English.
In this class, we have the priviledge of knowing fresh coconut milk cooking and cooking with fresh coconut cream too.

A wonderful experience.
I learned a lot of new techniques and the chef was very knowledgeable and helpful. I won’t wait another seventeen years for my next class. My husband also enjoyed the course and is eager to attend another.

Awesome!
This exceeded my expectations! When we got there I wasn’t sure we were in the right place but when we went in, it was beautiful, clean and Ty e cook was amazing. We would totally do this again and highly recommend it.
