Paola est une hôtesse formidable, très patiente et accueillante. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'atmosphère détendue et le fait d'être guidée pas à pas. Nos raviolis étaient absolument délicieux !

J'ai appris à faire des pâtes, et c'était vraiment délicieux, tout comme le dessert ! L'atmosphère était raffinée, élégante et chaleureuse. Paola était agréable et sympathique. Avec une musique d'ambiance et des conversations passionnantes, nous avons passé un excellent moment ! On se sentait comme à la maison. Je recommande vivement !

Having studied foreign languages in Venice and traveled extensively, Paola draws inspiration from around the world, yet it is her native Venetian cuisine that she loves to share the most. At Ca' delle Spezie, she opens the doors of her family home to offer simple, traditional cooking lessons, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere.
Each class is an authentic experience, where every gesture becomes an opportunity to celebrate connection, the beauty of relationships, and the joy found in small, meaningful moments.
