Une excellente façon de conclure notre voyage à Bali ; nous recommandons vivement cette expérience.
Cours très complet de 3 heures où vous découvrirez les ingrédients, apprendrez à préparer des mélanges d'épices et des sauces, puis réaliserez une variété de plats, dont un dessert. À la fin, vous dégusterez tout et repartirez avec un livre de recettes. Je le recommande vivement si vous souhaitez consacrer une demi-journée (matin ou après-midi) à la découverte de la cuisine indonésienne/balinaise authentique !
We had fun helping with preparation and cooking. Much of it was pre-prepared which is how we got through so many dishes in a short period of time. Our group of 4 were the only participants in this class. The teacher was kind and patient
We had fun and we learnt with a good and nice chef teacher. The market was also interesting, we went in a small group and that was only for us, we did enjoy it a lot and good food!
Cobek Bali Cooking Class located in Laplapan - Ubud offers an amazing experience to learn the secret of Balinese culinary. It is a great opportunity to explore and get closer to the beauty of Bali Nature. Our class discussion is relaxed, friendly and it's held in the middle of the rice field. The program starts from tour to traditional Balinese Market (available at morning class only), Trekking to rice paddy to learn about Balinese farming method. Then we take you to our cooking venue, to learn about how to make a Balinese daily offering (Canang Sari) and start the cooking class. At the end of the class, you will enjoy the food you cook.
We offers "Morning Cooking Class" start from 8.00am to 1.30am and "Afternoon Cooking Class" start from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.
We provide FREE pick-up transport in Ubud area.
