Phat Loc Eco Cooking and Restaurant

Je recommande vivement ce cours de cuisine. Nous avons appris à cuisiner cinq plats vietnamiens. À l'origine, ce sont des plats à base de viande, mais l'hôte a adapté certains ingrédients pour les rendre végétaliens. Nous avons passé un excellent moment ; le personnel est accueillant et la cuisine délicieuse. Un grand merci à l'hôte ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié notre promenade en barque, un moment de pure sérénité.

I can definitely recommend the tour after a short visit of the local market where Mai show us all the different foods we went back to her restaurant. Her mother an her aunt took us on a really nice basket boat tour through the palm forest. We really like it because the two women are real fun and we had a great time. The cooking class itself was nice aswell we learned a lot an cooked most of the food our self with the helping hands of Mai. She is a very nice, polite and fun person to hang around with. It is definitely recommendable to do the cooking class
