Palace Style: Palace style pastry is a variety of steamed or baked cakes and bread from Qing Imperial kitchen. Come and learn from CCC's chef and bake your own peaches like bread, chicken-looking cakes or little pyramids.
Peach Style with Dim Sum: Shoutao ( peach style longevity bread) and other colorful pastries of various shapes are usually made at the Chinese New Year or for the elderly's birthday.
You will also learn to make Shaomai, another variation of steamed baozi, with fillings and floral top.
