The school has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where you will be taught by English and French-speaking Chefs and enjoy a delicious, educational experience in Phnom Penh.

The cooking class is guided by 1 Cambodian Chef and 1 French Chef. You will be taught how to make classic Khmer recipes, using easy to use the equipment, that you can recreate for your family and friends at home.

Our class involves touring a truly local market, where you’ll be able to source your ingredients for your dishes or choose a vegetarian option!

Morning Class

• 8:45 am: Pick up from your hotel
• 9:00 am: Complimentary drinks at Rose Apple Garden traditional house
• 9:30 am: Local market tour
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy your delicious meal
• 1:00 pm: Back at your hotel
