Start your morning with convenient pickup from your accommodation in the Ubud area and travel with your local driver to a traditional Balinese morning market.

Explore the lively market and experience a glimpse of everyday Balinese life as you discover fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, spices, and other local ingredients. Your local guide will introduce you to the ingredients commonly used in Balinese cooking and share insights into their traditional uses and importance in local cuisine.

After the market visit, continue to a beautiful countryside cooking venue surrounded by peaceful rice fields. Take in the tranquil rural scenery before beginning your hands-on cooking experience.

Afternoon & Evening Experiences – No Market Tour

For the 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM sessions, the experience begins directly at the cooking venue, without the market visit. Enjoy the peaceful rice field surroundings before meeting your local Balinese chef and getting ready for your cooking session.

During the hands-on class, learn how to prepare authentic Balinese dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. From preparing vegetables and fresh ingredients to grinding aromatic spices and cooking each dish, your chef will guide you step by step.

Whether you choose the morning market experience or the afternoon/evening cooking session, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with Balinese culinary traditions, learn practical cooking skills, and enjoy the dishes you prepare in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
