Hands-on cooking classes will be held at our Japanese cuisine restaurant "TOKITARAZU" in Hiroo, which is an upscale residential area in Tokyo. You can learn from the basics of cooking to professional Kaiseki cuisine (traditional Japanese cuisine). Also, you will enjoy Sake paired with dishes.
Our instructor, who has mastery of Kaiseki cuisine, will guide you step by step how to make the dishes and decorate the plates.
Specifically you will learn, e.g., how to make Dashi (soup stock), how to make Sumeshi (sushi rice), and how to use cooking utensils and prepare ingredients, so even beginner chefs can have a great time!
