We are cook, designer and photographer running an Akaraka Open Kitchen. We happily invite you not only to learn about the heritage cooking of Northern Thai food but also really a good chance to learn how to take beautiful food photos and presentation. We would like to share our skill to combine a Thai heritage skill with a modern skill of food photography, so you can proudly share your food creations to the world! This is a great class for Life learners at any age, small business or restaurant owners, food photography enthusiast and Instagram Lovers.

Menu

Choose 2 Menus of Northern Thai Dishes as requested by the guests + 1 Thai dessert. We are also open for Vegetarian menus request, please let us know your menu preferences when you book the class :)

• Kaeng Khanoon (or other vegetables curry)
• Larb (Moor or Gai)
• Nam Prik Noom (Dip Chilli Sauce)
• Thai Dessert + Drinks (based on request)
